Ordering your custom floral and balloon decor is easy - just contact us by phone, email or use our Contact Form. Once your event date has been confirmed, we will contact you to set up a phone call or in-person meeting to discuss the details. Details may include:

  • Indoor or Outdoor Event

  • Theme and/or Color Preference (color swatches and pictures can be helpful)

  • Timing of the Event: access to site, event start and end times. (Some decor will require setup and tear down, and duration may vary.)

  • Parking and accessibility to the location

Your credit card information will be taken at the time of the order to secure the date, but will not be charged until the event has concluded.

Delivery fees

There are no delivery fees for all deliveries to our local area: Los Osos, Morro Bay, and San Luis Obispo. Deliveries outside this local area will be subject to delivery fees in an amount to be determined by the travel distance and number of trips required to setup and cleanup the event.


Prices are not included in this website as all decor is a custom design, personalized to your event. We are happy to provide you with an estimate at any time. Prices will be calculated based on degree of design, size, and quantity of materials.


In the event of a cancellation, your credit card will be charged for all costs and services up to the date of cancellation.
